TERMS AND CONDITIONS The period of let will be from Saturday to Saturday (unless agreed otherwise). Occupancy will be given after 4 p.m. on date of arrival and accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. on date of departure.
A deposit of £50 for short breaks and £100 for weeks is required with each booking, with the balance being payable six weeks prior to arrival.
In the event of a booking being cancelled the deposit will be forfeit unless an alternative booking can be arranged. In such event only such expenditure as has been necessary to obtain the booking will be forfeit. Where cancellation is within 21 days of entry there will be no refund of deposit. The tenant may not sub-let the property, and the party must not exceed the number indicated on the booking form without prior arrangement. Loud music etc will not be tolerated. The tenant will be responsible for maintaining the chalet in a clean and satisfactory condition and will be liable for any repairs, breakages or additional cleaning incurred. Where pets are permitted they must be kept under control at all times and not be allowed to roam free or soil bed linen or furnishings of the chalet nor should they be left unattended in the chalet at any time. Soiling must be removed in the park gardens immediately The owners insure the chalet against fire etc. and will in no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage to the holiday-makers' property. |
